Our goal is to achieve sales and profit targets while at the same time working more efficiently and trying to keep the total costs as minimal as possible.

As a procurement & sourcing service bureau, Ardaber is averse to a theoretical procurement approach but uses his knowledge and skills practically and pragmatically. We go for results!

Before Ardaber, Niels Grove worked in various purchasing roles at various internationally oriented companies for more than 16 years. He founded Ardaber at the end of 2015, as a procurement consultancy.
Being able to assist many organizations as purchasing professionals in meeting their temporary needs is one of the major advantages of a self-employed person. The diversity and versatility of assignments, organizations, and people is what makes working in an organisation such as this, so much fun. Sometimes it is a temporary replacement due to illness or otherwise; these are often roles that require immediate involvement in the client's current purchasing process. At other times it is an assignment to understand purchasing processes and to write a change and/or improvement plan from there. All in all, very diverse assignments within the entire purchasing spectrum.
The challenge lies mainly in the diversity and unexpected events. Given that the culture and nature of the company are different and as a knowledge specialist it's always a challenge to help the client, and its people, and to work with them to jointly achieve the goal.
